heres a note from a buyer
in super smash kart 64 HLE mode only cups you can race in is shell cup and warp star ️ cup. LLE mode the only cup you can’t race in is final cup. Oh best part about LLE mode is you can race on the custom tracks. Press right c to take you to the custom tracks. Only the shell cup is available for custom tracks. All 4 tracks are challenging but fun. Oh on all the cups that you can race in there is no podium cut scene celebration  but still fun still recommend for a big Mario kart fan.
